2 Host Recruitment Requirements

Agency Owners may recruit hosts who:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Use real and verified account information.
  • Follow all platform terms and policies.
  • Maintain appropriate profile content.
  • Communicate respectfully with users.

Agency Owners must not recruit fake accounts, bots, or users involved in fraudulent activity.

3 Host Activity Requirements

Each host should:

  • Remain active on a regular basis.
  • Participate in voice rooms consistently.
  • Engage positively with users.
  • Follow event and promotional requirements.
  • Meet minimum activity targets set by the platform.

Inactive hosts may be removed from the agency.

4 Prohibited Activities

Agency Owners and hosts are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using fake accounts or multiple accounts for manipulation.
  • Purchasing fake followers, gifts, or engagement.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing users.
  • Sharing adult, violent, or illegal content.
  • Requesting passwords or personal information.

5 Payment and Commission Rules

Agency Owners must:

The platform is not responsible for private financial agreements unless officially managed through the application.

18 Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an Agency Owner in Lucky Star Voice Chat Room, you confirm that:

19 Company Full Authority

The Company has complete rights to:

  • Take disciplinary action based on policy violations.

All decisions made by the Company are final and binding.

20 Host Misconduct Toward Agency Owner

If a host:

  • Uses abusive language toward the Agency Owner.
  • Repeatedly ignores official instructions.
  • Creates conflict within the agency.
  • Violates app rules or community guidelines.

The Company may:

  • Remove the host from the agency.
  • Transfer the host to another agency.
  • Suspend the host account.
  • Permanently ban the host account.

These actions may be taken without prior warning.

21 Agency Owner Misconduct Toward Hosts

If an Agency Owner:

  • Uses abusive or disrespectful language toward hosts.
  • Threatens, harasses, or humiliates hosts.
  • Refuses to cooperate with Company instructions.
  • Violates payment agreements.
  • Misuses agency authority.

The Company may immediately:

  • Suspend the agency.
  • Permanently close the agency.
  • Block all agency targets.
  • Freeze commissions.
  • Remove all hosts from the agency.
22 40-Day Performance Review Rule

Every new agency will be reviewed after 40 days of activation.

If, after 40 days, Total Hosts = 00 and Total Target = 00, the Company has the right to permanently close the agency, remove agency owner privileges, and require a new application to reopen an agency.

This rule applies to all agency owners without exception.

23 Immediate Target Blocking

The Company may block or reset agency targets at any time if:

  • The agency is inactive.
  • Rules are violated.
  • Fraud is suspected.
  • Complaints are received.
  • Required performance standards are not met.
24 No Prior Notice Required

The Company may take any of the above actions without advance notice when necessary to protect the platform, hosts, and users.

25 Final Decision Authority

All disciplinary and operational decisions are made solely by the Company. Agency Owners and hosts agree to accept these decisions as final and non-negotiable.
